Founder & Managing Partner
John Green has over 30 years of expertise in finance, beverage, beverage tech and brand building. A visionary leader with a passion for scaling businesses and mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs. As the former Executive Chairman of Founders Brewing Company, he orchestrated the transformation of the company into the globe’s fastest-growing craft beer brand. Today, John is channeling his experience and leadership into Quench Ventures, where he plays pivotal roles as co-founder, investor, advisor, and board member across multiple ventures within the portfolio.
Courtney Enghauser
Chief Financial Officer
Courtney brings decades of experience in finance, accounting, and private equity-backed operations, with deep expertise supporting founder-led, high-growth businesses. A CPA by training, Courtney spent more than 25 years with The Jordan Company, serving as CFO across multiple portfolio companies and supporting more than 50 acquisitions and several successful exits. Today, Courtney serves as Chief Financial Officer of Quench Ventures, applying her operational finance expertise to help beverage and consumer startups build strong financial foundations and scale responsibly.

Rick brings extensive experience across the beverage industry, spanning creative leadership, brand marketing, and growth strategy. Having held senior roles at Founders Brewing Co. and Molson Coors, Rick has led award-winning creative, guided major brand launches, and partnered closely with executive teams to scale iconic and emerging brands. Today, Rick serves as Chief Creative and Marketing Officer at Quench Ventures, leading the firm’s brand presence and marketing strategy while supporting portfolio companies in fractional CMO and Creative Director capacities.

Michelle Stevenson
Head of Human Resources
Michelle brings more than 30 years of experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources, with deep expertise in talent, compliance, and organizational development. Having spent 17 years in the beverage industry, including a long tenure in HR leadership at Founders Brewing Company, she is known for her people-first, process-driven approach to supporting growth. Today, Michelle leads Human Resources at Quench Ventures, providing strategic and hands-on HR support to companies across the firm’s portfolio.

Derek is a CPA with more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting across multiple industries. Known for his collaborative leadership style and disciplined approach to financial operations, Derek brings clarity, compliance, and structure to the organizations he supports. As Controller of Quench Ventures, Derek oversees accounting, budgeting, and reporting while providing hands-on financial support to portfolio companies navigating growth.
